Char Siu Style Foil Wrapped Tilapia

 Foil Wrapped Tilapia  

Ingredients:

2pcs Tilapia (500g each)

100g onion leeks

10g ginger sliced

100g Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce

to taste - salt and pepper

 


Procedure:

Clean and scale the tilapia.

Fill cavity of each tilapia with leeks and ginger.

Brush fish with Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce and wrap it with foil.

Place on top of the grill for about 5 minutes each side or until cooked.

Serve and enjoy!
